RULES OF ETHICS
In order to protect the community, Millenium Micro Group developed ethical rules applicable to its entire business. In the event of non-compliance with a rule by one of our affiliates, an investigation will be conducted and corrective measures will be recommended, if need be. In the event of a failure to comply, Millenium Micro Group may take sanctions up to the expulsion of the group.
All affiliates of Millenium Micro Group are committed to:
- You raise awareness, inform and advise you on information technology, according to your needs and requests;
- Sell you software that complies with Canadian copyright law;
- Provide authentication information from your computer environment that is in our possession when you or the designated person requests it;
- To ensure, by our internal management, the respect of the confidentiality and the non-disclosure of your information.
NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE FORM
This section is to explain how to file a notice of non-compliance with Millenium Micro Group rules of ethics. We recommend that you try to arrange with our affiliate branch before filing a notice of non-compliance. We will only deal with non-compliance notices regarding the rules of ethics. If you have a problem with a product purchased from one of our affiliated branches, you must contact that affiliate branch or the manufacturer of the product.
You can submit a notice of non-compliance to the following:

Your notice of non-compliance must contain at least the following information:
a. The name of the affiliated branch;
b. Invoice number (if applicable)
c. The rule that the affiliate may not have respected;
d. Have you tried to make an arrangement?
e. Your explanations;
f. Your complete contact details to reach you.
